Over the past 6 years Impala Gala has provided more than $200,000 to support programs and projects that fall outside St. Ignatius School’s annual budget. These include:
Our Field of Dreams (new athletic field) Automated cafeteria system Covered Walkways linking all areas of campus $60,000 + for teachers to cover additional classroom expenses Divider for gym and cafeteria Renovations to gym lobby Archery in Schools Program
This year our goal is $40,000 and are focus areas include:
Technology: To stay on the cutting edge by providing the newest technology to our students.
Teacher Support: Provide every teacher with $500 to add the classroom experience.
Gym Lobby Renovations Phase II: Includes replacing all of the wooden doors and trim, additional seating and external entrance improvements.
Teacher Enrichment Program: Provide the best working environment for our dedicated staff.
Student Enrichment Program: Support new electives program for our 7th & 8th graders and quarterly programs for then entire school to compliment the academics in the classroom.
Long Term Projects: new bleachers in the gym, new desks in our classrooms, additional athletic field that could support CYO sports and parish events.
Our hope is that we are able to meet the more immediate needs and start building for the future! |
