Make your check payable to St. Ignatius Impala Gala.  The Impala Gala Reservations committee will keep a master list, no actual tickets will be needed to enter. Please return this form to the rectory or school office.  Advanced reservations will be accepted until Monday, September 29th at 9:00AM or they can be purchased at the door.  Please contact Kate Duthu at 665-4853 with questions.

· Corporate Headline Sponsor:  $5,000  16 tickets to event and sponsor preview party, recognition and signage full page ad in program, listing in advertisement for Catholic Week.

· Corporate Table Sponsor: $2,500  12 tickets to event and sponsor preview party, recognition and signage,  half page in program, listing in advertisement for Catholic Week. 

· Impala Sponsor: $1,000  8 tickets to event and sponsor preview party, recognition and signage,  half page in program, listing in advertisement for Catholic Week.
